Welcome to Perfect Umrah Travel. By booking with us or using our website www.perfectumrahtravel.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your legal rights and obligations when booking Umrah packages or related travel services with us.
2. Company Information
Perfect Umrah Travel is a UK-based travel agency specialising in Umrah and Hajj packages.
We are registered in the United Kingdom and authorised under Travixum Ltd (Company Number 13555073 and ATOL 12192).
All our packages are ATOL-protected where applicable.
3. Booking and Payments
- A minimum deposit (as stated at the time of booking) must be paid to secure your Umrah package.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified on your invoice.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to airline fare or currency fluctuations.
4. Documentation and Passports
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
- You must provide all required documentation for visa processing, including passport copies, photographs, and proof of vaccination.
- Perfect Umrah Travel will assist in visa applications but cannot guarantee approval. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel your booking, written notice must be provided.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit only
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)
- If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative package or a full refund, excluding any non-refundable airline or visa costs.
6. Travel Insurance
All pilgrims are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal belongings, and trip cancellation. Perfect Umrah Travel is not liable for losses resulting from lack of insurance coverage.
7. Changes and Amendments
- Any request for changes (such as travel dates, airline, or hotel) must be made in writing.
- Additional charges may apply depending on supplier terms and availability.
- If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., airline schedule changes or hotel overbooking) require amendments, we will offer suitable alternatives of equal or better standard.
8. Liability
- Perfect Umrah Travel acts as an agent between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., flight delays, weather conditions, or visa rejection).
- Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the package.
9. Health and Fitness
All passengers must ensure they are medically fit to perform Umrah. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice and obtain required vaccinations before travel.
10. Behaviour and Conduct
All travellers are expected to respect local laws and Islamic values during their stay in Saudi Arabia.
Any misconduct, damage to property, or violation of laws will result in termination of your trip without refund.
11. Force Majeure
Perfect Umrah Travel shall not be held liable for any delay or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform our local representative or contact us immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Complaints received after returning must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
